"Thank you so much for providing the funds for the decorations for my celebration of life. I don't plan on going anywhere, but when I was r-ediagnosed with cancer I was told that there are not many options. They also informed me that I only had three to six months to live. The Pallative Care Team talked to me about end of life plans, and we planned this in case anything happened. I thought about things, and decided funerals were ridiculous. Why come see my dead body when I am alive right now? I wanted people to come dance with me, laugh with me, and I wanted a chance to let people know what they mean to me. I really appreciate your generosity and thinking about my family during this time. "
